Verify and Print a License

To view and print your CURRENT license, go to SBS at: State Based Systems (SBS)

• From SBS Home Page, select PRINT LICENSE
• Select Connecticut for Jurisdiction
• Select Individual or Business Entity for Entity Type
• Choose One:
  • NPN – Enter NPN number
  • License Number – Enter License number
• Last 4 Digits of SSN
  • For Individuals, enter LAST 4 digits of SSN
  • For Businesses, enter COMPLETE FEIN
